Join me November 18. As an active participant in my class, the experiences received via the exercises heal you on a body, mind and/or Spirit level on what ever subject or problem you are most needing at the time. The new skills taught in class provide you with easy to use tools to help you begin or deepen your home practice and your ability to self heal. Access to powerful holistic healing energy to clear toxicity of mind, body and spirit is made easier with the tools I teach you.
You will learn how to reboot and restore your deep energy reserve. This deep essence of you is your foundational energy for navigating life. It needs clearing and recharge via the skills I teach in order to continue to give the strength to balance yourself, your body, mind and endeavors with greater ease in a world that tends to push us beyond our limits.

The basis for this class is an understanding there is a source of healing available to all humans regardless of religion or race 24/7 no matter whether the ailment is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. It is a question of clearing the stress and toxicity from the mind and the body to cultivate the deep stillness required to access this powerful healing source energy. We cannot heal the mind or body successfully or completely without stillness and quiet of it. Once cleared and released, the body and mind allow us to open our field so that healing in ways and in areas we cannot perceive with our thinking minds, may be received.
The skills learned are the foundational skills you will need to take future classes with me. These future classes lead you to deeper levels of self-healing and healing of others.
These skills are taught while seated in a supportive chair in order for total release of tension in the body.
Class will be held in my office located at 2902 Isabella Blvd, Suite 50, Jacksonville Beach, FL.
12:30pm to 1pm Introduction to the framework– free
If you have never taken or it has been 3 months since you have been in class with me, you must attend this 30 minute introduction where the framework and language and new information is provided in advance of the experiential class to follow.
1:15pm to 4:15pm: Meditative Healing class—Open to all whether you have meditated or not– $40.00
Description:
We will move through a series of experiential exercises to design to provide you with on the spot healing and techniques for home use. Chakra and Energy Body clearing and healing exercises and 3 reboot with meditation exercises are taught and experienced. Healings received are processed and the full effects felt through out the days after the class.
Feedback from your experience is encouraged throughout the class, in order for me to help guide you into the best connection possible for you to receive deeper and more frequent healing.
