Fees and Policies:

If you are booking a session with me for the first time, please contact me so we can speak prior to setting up the appointment.

Payments:

Once your appointment is made an invoice is sent to you for payment 24-48 hours prior to the appointment time. It will be due prior to the appointment time.  I currently use Paypal for my invoicing.  Paypal allows for payment of credit and debit cards. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay the invoice.  If you wish to pay by cash or check (payable to Bethann Vetter), it must be placed in a sealed envelope (with your name on the front) and placed in the bowl on the coffee table when you come into the session room at the beginning of the session. This allows me to focus on the energy of your session.   If you have fee questions or would like to arrange a discounted fee, please text, email or call me at a time other than your scheduled appointment time.

My fee for all services is $100.00/hour.

ESRT© sessions are invoiced at $125 and they include a 15 minute debriefing phone/email/text conversation in the week after the session, should you need it.  Sessions are usually not longer than 1 to 1.25 hours but should you require a longer session, your permission to proceed will be obtained prior to going beyond the 1.25 hours.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent

Frequency Specific Microcurrent is billed at $100.00 per hour.  The initial session is billed at $175.00 for two hours times which includes a detailed history,  goal setting and treatment planning.  Prior to each treatment we will discuss if you might require more time based upon protocols needed to be run for your particular condition/goal.  Every session is invoiced at $150.00 (for 1.5 hour treatment) and should you require more time, your permission will be give prior to initiating a longer treatment for the additional fee required.

All other listed services

All other listed services except Transition Assistance are invoiced at a flat rate of $100.  Other services are at least 30 minutes and usually not longer than 1 hour.  Should your session be less than 30 minutes, I will refund accordingly.

For clients who own FSM units and live at a distance:

For re-evaluation via a phone conference, invoicing is done based upon the time spent for the phone call update and then protocol writing and reprograming of your unit.  Fee is based on $100.00 per hour.  Should the protocol writing and reprogramming go beyond 2 hours, a discount for time spent after the 2 hours will be applied.  Permission from you will always be gotten prior to taking additional time and billing you for it. Usually the process of update, protocol adjustment and reprogramming does not take longer than 1.5 hours. Shipping and handling charges are extra and not in my control.  The client must pay for insurance and proper door-to-door shipping to insure the units safe return to them.

For returning Microcurrent clients:

If it has been more than 3 months since I have seen you, you will be required to book a 2 hour appointment for $175.00 so we can update and ensure that your life/health changes do not change the way we treat you. Certain newly diagnosed conditions are contraindicated for certain frequencies so this requirement for an extended session is for your safety.  The 2 hours includes the treatment too.

ESRT©  Each FSM treatment fee includes for a 15 minute phone call after the treatment. Post treatment phone calls that run in excess of 15 minutes are billed at $25.00 per 15 minutes.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your session due to personal reasons, I will refund your fee immediately.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

My preference for scheduling appointments is via text. If you do not text then a phone call or email is acceptable as well. Please be advised that it may take me 24 hours to return your call. If you do not hear back from me within 24 hours then I did not receive your message due to a technical problem. Please call me again. Technology is not always 100%. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure contact if there is a need to change an appointment time within the guidelines listed in the Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect for your time as well as mine, I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
