This month’s class we will continue to hone the skill of Quieting the Body-Mind with new and specific exercises to help you find this deep zone of release and letting go. I will also provide new exercises to assist you in attaining the “home” zone for the receipt of direct source healing energy. When you leave this month’s class you have the confidence you need to reproduce these healing zones more easily on your own. Remember the need for healing energy isn’t just about your body but about your life and relationships. All things are healed once we are able to attain and maintain these zones of vibration. Before each exercise we have a brief theory discussion about what and why we are using the exercise and what it will do for you. Feedback is important for all students to learn from and is encouraged after each exercise.
The basis for this class is an understanding there is a source of healing available to all humans regardless of religion or race 24/7 no matter whether the ailment is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. It is a question of clearing the stress from and creating stillness in the mind and the body that allows you the ability to connect to the sources that provide clearing and healing on levels of you no human or diagnostic equipment can know about. We cannot receive the deep healings always available to us for the mind or body successfully or completely without creating deep stillness of the mind and body that goes beyond sleeping. Once the body-mind is cleared, released, stilled and quieted, it cues our higher self and energy field to open so that healing in ways and in areas we cannot and may not realize need healing with our thinking minds, may be received.
