In the course of the last 10 years I have learned that empowerment and self-realization only come through learning to live your individual truth in conjunction with the universal truths.  This is not an overnight process.  The body needs support along this path and natural remedies are the solution since they do not deaden the senses and allow for continued emotional and spiritual growth.  The knowledge that results from this path wisdom.  I wanted so much to have all the following things in my life…..”

When I was thrust upon my journey by physical debility, I stumbled upon a tool called. The One Brain™ System.  I realized rather quickly after using this tool that I had been unable to create these things in my life (health, happiness, rewarding work) because of the non-conscious and self-limiting belief systems of which I was unaware. This system helped me to shine light on this programming, see the value in why I adopted it in the first place and then release it while simultaneously replacing it with a program that aligned me with me.  At the time I had no idea that the concept of literally “changing our minds” to influence an outward manifestation was decades old.

These self-limiting and non-productive paradigms are the things that help us create obstacles to creating our lives the way we want them. “To worry” is an example of a non-productive belief system. We all do it and it is considered  an acceptable state of being in our society. But when I asked a few Centenarians  and those who seemed to have it all (a self-realized person) they told me that the word “worry” was never part of their vocabulary.  I thought about this.  It made sense on several levels. For instance, in Chinese medical theory when one worries, consciously or subconsciously, it adversely effects the Spleen/Stomach organ pair.  From a psychological standpoint, worrying does not serve any purpose to anyone who does it. In fact, if you recognize the fact that our emotions, such as test anxiety, can momentarily affect physiology (nausea or “butterflies in the stomach) then it stands to reason that worrying too much or a result of some subconscious program could chronically disrupt the physiology of the “worrier” resulting in a dis-ease process. So how these people have stayed healthy and found their happiness in life, was at least in part due to their innate ability to not worry. So we can, in fact, connect emotions directly to physiology but most  of us don’t innately know how not to worry. This is where The One Brain™ System proves invaluable for this and any other chronic negative emotional programming.

My ongoing use of this system provided increasing education to me and my colleagues.  As physical symptoms dropped away as each issue was de-fused, I further realized that the root cause of any physical symptom can be traced back to stress related emotion somewhere on the individual’s time line. I watched my relationship improve and my ideas and motivations change by simply focusing each session on what ever was bothering me at the time. Sometimes I could see the direct connection from what was changed in the session and the resulting improvement but sometimes I couldn’t.  This is the true elusive beauty of this system; you change what is the subject of the session AND many other things in your life as well. It’s all connected so why not? It’s the snowball rolling back up the hill creating positive things in other areas of your life as well.

Further research into understanding the connection of emotion to health and empowerment resulted in the discovery of many others who have spent their careers understanding this concept. As practitioners and researchers, author’s such as Dr. John Sarno, Dr. John Upledger, Louise Hay, and John Barnes, PT, have all come to the same conclusion about the hidden truth behind physical or life issues;  these emotional stressors create glandular/hormonal disruption which is what disrupts physiology and brings on the symptom.

The more I used The One Brain™ System, the more I gained greater depth of understanding on the issue of worrying.  I came to understand the balance of energy between myself and others.  In fact, when we worry about someone or something we rob that situation of person of their power.  This is because we doubt or lack faith in them so we worry.  Worry is a derivative of fear.  We fear the worst so we worry.  When we break it down, as I just have, we see the irrationality of this emotion. So, if it’s irrational, then why do we do it since most of see ourselves as rational, thinking human beings? We know that as parents we feel it is “our job” to worry. How do we sort this out?

We’ve been taught to “try”. So, we “try” not to worry.  This doesn’t work. To “try” is the equivalent of  “stuffing it down” or avoiding the emotion. Even if we “try” very hard and it seems we’ve conquered it, does it mean it’s gone away?  Not usually.  The mantras and the meditations and the “finding something else to do” behaviors just push it further down. When we are fatigued or otherwise in a weakened state, the negative feelings, in this case worrying, comes back with a vengeance.  We might be good enough with this process to only notice uncomfortable feelings when first waking so we rush to our coffee or meditation to push down the feelings coming up. Then we spend the day distracting ourselves from that emotion and the cycle continues. When this happens the emotion does not diminish; it grows and eventually produces physical symptoms OR difficult life situations.  Consequently negative emotions whether conscious or not lead to the same physical symptoms as when we were outwardly worrying. Worrying, conscious or subconscious is energy against what you want, not energy “for” it.

What is the way out of stress, fear, and worry?

To identify what it is you are wanting and to learn to focus on that and not on what you are not wanting is the key. However, it is not as simple as a conscious replacement of one for the other. When we have a One Brain™ session (see Emotional Stress Resolution) we open the door to talking with our body/mind in order to learn how this cycle of worry or fear or anger began that has resulted in some stressor in our lives. Identifying these patterns, bringing them into awareness, is only the first step. The defusion process (discussed in Emotional Stress Resolution) assists the individual in releasingand replacing each layer of the pattern in order to make obtaining and focusing, on what you want, easier.  This means the worrying is gone and new energy of a more positive nature has replaced it. It doesn’t mean that you don’t care about your child anymore; it means that the energy of worry has been transformed into a more productive energy that will help you and the child get to where you both need to be. In essence then, the individual will feel less like worrying (or whatever other negative emotion is on line) and simultaneously allows focus on present time with true positive energy in the direction they are wanting.  It helps the individual effortlessly replace energy against with energy for and act it out.

Remember I said this is in layers. A pattern of behavior/belief that has been life long can take many sessions to resolve. This is because as you move through life all of your patterns intertwine. In one session you’ll work on one aspect of that pattern and the next on another aspect of it or other. Eventually, it all results in the same thing; more positive energy for and toward your goals. So, this is not a magic bullet. It’s a system that allows you to unravel and reveal your patterns and resolve them too. Because of the perspective shifts that result from this work you will, over time, tend to feel less of the negative emotions and when you do you’ll be able to manage them better.

Realigning your emotional issues therefore immediately shifts your physiology and structure into a more positive direction. This is how over time you’ll need less body work or less supplements or attain optimal body weight. The energy “holding” the chronic misalignment in your physiology (a dis-ease process)  or structure is released so the physical alignment when put back into place, stays there. For example, if you chronically have low back pain that is relieved through balancing the pelvic bones and muscles but it continues to recur, as you unearth the emotions connected to this physical issue the recurrences will happen less and less until they simply don’t occur anymore.  Eventually as you resolve each of your physical or life issues and you continue the work with your body/mind you eventually are working on a level that is preventing a dis-ease process from being creating altogether.

It’s about welcoming change

This all sounds great, doesn’t it? When we begin to think about making these changes because we really do want health and happiness and rewarding work, sometimes we find ourselves afraid of the very success we are wanting.  As American’s  we come to believe that change can be difficult or scary or even bad.  I’ve seen bumper stickers on cars lately that say “Change is the only constant”.  I think that is true. Once we find that a place of comfort, even if it’s not completely what we want, we tend to be afraid to change. Ever notice how, as we age, we become more afraid of change? My grandparents used to sit around and talk about “the old days” and how before “all these changes” things were better. This is because pieces of unresolved emotions resulting from past stressful situations that “changed” our perspective have stayed stuck in our cellular memory and in our minds. Overtime, carrying around this “baggage”  teaches us that when “things happen and change” we get some additional stress to carry around with us. The One Brain™ System helps you remove these pieces of negatively charged emotions so that you begin to welcome change. When we begin to welcome change then we begin to embrace and enjoy our lives and the forward movement of time.  Age, then, really does become just a number.

In studying some of the great masters, as I was continuing on my journey toward better health and empowerment, I learned that The One Brain™ System is a tool designed specifically for the people of our time.  One such master, Mahatma GANDHI said “BE the change you want to see in the world”.   This is very profound.  How do we BE the change?  The One Brain™ System helps us learn to BE the peace, harmony or economic balance we want to see in the world.  We must first BE those things within us if we expect to see them in our world.   To me, he was teaching us that we must go within and RESOLVEour personal inner demons if we expect the world to change for the better. This man was telling us that within any troubled areas of life is a reflection to us of the deeply personal issues we refuse to deal with. Gandhi also said, “The only devils in the world are those running around in our own hearts and that is where all our battles ought to be fought”.   Here he’s saying that rather than take revenge on someone or go to war, look within to see what within you has provoked this battle. Life is about fearless, effortless co-creation not victimization.  Even Michael Jackson, as tortured a soul as he was, his words also reflected the wisdom of Gandhi…. “; if you want to make theworld a better place, take a look at yourself and make a change. I’m starting with the man in the mirror, I’m asking him to change his ways…”;

Modern people have forgotten the roots of what really “ails” us. We focus so much on the physical and expect things from outside of us (a pill, an exercise, a person, a new car) to be the fix to our problems. Certainly these “outside” things help but they are not curative. The One Brain™ System helps us refocus the ways and means of how we heal our lives and our bodies. The One Brain™ System and Sound Therapy can help you, change your habits and change your patterns, heal your life, AND heal our world.

Your life, our world.

Life exists in the microcosm and the macrocosm. We are all connected through Universal Consciousness.Perhaps we aren’t related biologically but we are all related through our Oneness with all life. It is because of this connection that when we focus on making changes to improve our individual lives through removing the belief systems that are creating our troubles we in turn shift the entire collective consciousness. When we are struggling to find a way to solve a problem the most productive thing we can do is locate the deeper cause.  When we are suffering due to a chronic problem of any kind to locate, release and resolve the root of the pattern, rather than simply find a distraction from it, is how we make our individual lives better and assist the evolution of Universal Consciousness.  This in turn assists anyone else who is looking to the universal flow for assistance in their personal healing or other life issue.

The One Brain™ System is the tool that permanently makes changes to all levels and all bodies of the human being.  There are other systems out there that claim to release and resolve past emotional stress held onto by the body but no system is as complete and thorough as The One Brain ™ System.

Other Authors on the Truth of how we Heal:

“When patients become aware of the presence of rage or unbearable feelings, these feelings can cease their struggle to become conscious.  Removing that threat eliminates the need for physical distraction, and the pain stops.”—John Sarno, M.D.

“I realized that if I had the operation to get rid of the cancer and did not clear the mental pattern that created it, then the doctors would just keep cutting Louise until there was no more Louise to cut. When cancer or any other illness returns, I do not believe it is because the doctor did not get it all out, but rather because the patient has made no mental changes and so just re-creates the same illness. We are often so blind to our own patterns, no matter how dire a person’s predicament seems to be, I KNOW that if he or she is WILLING to do the mental work of releasing and forgiving, almost anything can be healed. The word “incurable”, which is so frightening to so many people, really only means that the particular condition cannot be cured by “outer” methods and that we must GO WITHIN to effect the healing.”–  Louise Hay, author

“…a physician might cure hemorrhoids by surgically removing them. However, if the hemorrhoids are secondary to liver congestion due to chronic alcohol abuse, the problem will not be healed until the patient resolves the underlying reason for the alcohol abuse; one of my friends, a general surgeon once confided to me that he felt most of the surgeries he had performed (over 30 years) might better be classified as excisions of the vocal apparatuses of his patients’ inner selves. By removing certain organs or tissues, he believed he was eliminating the bodily voices that were trying to focus attention on the source of the problem.” (from Massage Today, June 2006; Truth: The Golden Thread, Part One, by John Upledger, DO

” It’s really hard for us all to face our fear.  We run from it.  We were taught to run from it.  We were taught not to feel anything. When our fears start to surface, it’s a little scary.  But I’ll tell you, what is really scary is not getting in touch with it! This is what distorts your life and your behavior and it’s what creates disease. …You may hear from your patients, “Gee, I’d thought I already dealt with that.”  Well, they probably had, at least on the intellectual level.  We’re all good at that, but it’s not enough. A complete resolution will only occur once you feel the emotions that were associated with that person or event and release all of those stored memories. Time doesn’t take care of emotional wounds; it covers them up with fascial adaptive layer upon fascial adaptive layer. This is why over time we all solidify and all these physical symptoms manifest themselves.”—John Barnes, PT, “Healing Ancient Wounds.”

It has taken the above referenced authors their entire careers to being to understand how disease is healed and how it is prevented.  Once you know how to “back out of” a disease process, it is easy to see how the disease could have been prevented.  The primary cause of all dis-ease be it physical, emotional, sociological, relational or economic is emotion.  Our emotion, in particular our emotions that don’t fully resolve on their own, is the root cause of stress in our lives.  Our emotion is nothing more than energy that can be shifted. The shift on this level causes the manifestation of that energy to be EASE rather than “dis” EASE.  EASE of your life and to have more of what you need and want to see in the world.

So when the next situation arises that causes you dis-stress—again—look within to find the solution with The One Brain® System.
